§ 91.051 LIVESTOCK.
   Livestock such as horses, ponies, goats, cattle, chickens, sheep, or other similar animals may not be kept within the village limits. It shall be unlawful to permit any cattle, horses, swine, goats, sheep, or poultry to run at large in the village, and it further shall be unlawful to picket or tie any such animals in the streets of the village for the purpose of grazing or feeding.
