§ 150.036 VIOLATION.
   Any failure by the holder of a contractor’s license to comply with the provisions of any ordinance of the city regulating building and construction and any element or system thereof, or to carry out faithfully the conditions of a contract for same, shall be deemed sufficient cause for revoking that license, together with all rights and privileges thereunder, and forfeiting the bond filed pursuant to the requirements of § 150.035 of this code. The Building Official is hereby authorized to refuse to issue a license or permit to any person, firm, or corporation whose license had been previously revoked or to any person, firm, or corporation associated with the previous holder of a revoked license.
