(A) Any person who violates a provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be subject to penalties as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
(B) (1) A person who violates a provision of §§ 130.01 et seq. is guilty of a separate offense for each day or part of a day during which the violation is committed, continued, or permitted. Each offense, upon conviction, is punishable by a fine as set by City Council ordinance.
(2) When required by Tex. Family Code, § 51.08, as amended, the Municipal Court shall waive original jurisdiction over a minor who violated § 30.02(A) and shall refer the minor to juvenile court.

(C) Any person, firm, or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects, or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of § 130.20 shall be fined in an amount as set by City Council ordinance for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.

(D) Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision or term of § 130.21 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a penalty or fine not to exceed the sum of $2,000 for each offense, and each and every violation or day such violation shall continue or exist shall be deemed a separate offense.

(E) Any person convicted of any of the provisions of § 130.35 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine as set by City Council ordinance.

(F) Any person or persons who violate any provisions of § 130.36 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be subject to a fine as set by City Council ordinance, and each offense shall be deemed to be a separate violation and punishable as separate offense.

(G) Any person, persons, or group of persons who shall violate any term or provision of § 130.50 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined a sum as set by City Council ordinance.

(H) (1) Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of § 130.51(A) shall be fined in any sum as set by City Council ordinance.
(2) Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of § 130.51(C) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in any sum as set by City Council ordinance.
