§ 130.70 POSTING BILLS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to post bills, cards, or any other advertisement upon any fence, house, boards, walks, or telegraph, electric light, or telephone poles within the city without the consent of the owner of the fence, house, boards, walks, or poles.
