§ 73.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 70.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person violating § 73.02 of this chapter shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor.

(C) Violation of §§ 73.35 through 73.39 of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor punishable as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
