(a) Bicycles and Motorcycles. Whoever violates any provision of Section 373.14
is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. Whoever violates any provision of Chapter 373
may have his bicycle impounded for a period of not more than thirty days and the court may prohibit such person from riding a bicycle for a period of not more than thirty days.

(b) Skateboards. Whoever violates any provision of Section 373.18
is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall for the first offense be issued a written warning; on a second offense within one year after the first ofrense may be fined an amount not to exceed ten dollars ($10.00); on each subsequent offense may be fined an amount not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00). Whoever violates Section 373.18
for three or more times within one year may have his/her skateboard impounded for a period of not more than thirty days.
