1325.06 VIOLATION A NUISANCE; ABATEMENT.

A violation of any provision of Sections 1325.03 through 1325.05, shall constitute a nuisance, and in addition to any penalty provided in Section 1325.99 for violation, the nuisance may be abated in the manner provided now or in the future by the statutes of Ohio or pursuant to the Codified Ordinances of the City.
