(a) Receptacles for garbage shall be made of metal, rubber, plastic, authorized paper bags or other nonabsorbent material, and shall be of such maximum capacity as may be determined by the Director of Public Service and Development. (Ord. 88-12. Passed 6-20-88.)
(b) All garbage receptacles when not stored within a permanent building or structure shall not be visible from the front property line or side property line if on a corner lot, nor placed:
(1) Closer than ten feet from any side property line; and
(2) Closer than five feet from a rear property line unless the garbage receptacles are screened from view from the abutting property at the rear property line.
