929.02 PAYMENTS.

The charges established by Section 929.01 shall be assessed upon residential properties within the City of Fairview Park and placed on the tax duplicate of each residence for the collection as any other municipal tax and shall be reimbursed to the City by the Cuyahoga County Fiscal Officer.
