There is hereby established and imposed upon all residential parcels that are subject to collection of solid waste by the City’s vendor within the City of Fairview Park a monthly charge in the amount of ten dollars ($10.00) beginning April 1, 2010, for the collection and disposal of solid waste and refuse.
