§ 30.24 EXPENDITURES AND BILLS.
   All resolutions relating to the expenditure of any of the funds of the town shall be read in full to the Town Council when in session. All bills presented to the Council shall be itemized by the party presenting them and shall be read at regular meetings before being allowed for payment.
