§ 90.04 LIVESTOCK AND POULTRY.
   (A)   Animals prohibited in town. It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or allow to be kept any horses, cattle, sheep, swine, goats or poultry within the town limits.

   (B)   Animals grazing within town. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to stake or picket or in any manner tie or tether any animal for the purpose of grazing within the town limits.

   (C)   Animals upon public property. It shall be unlawful or any person or persons to stake, picket, tie or tether any animal in such manner that such animal may reach or encroach upon any part of the sidewalks, streets or alleys within the town limits.

   (D)   Swine within town; exception. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to keep live swine within the area of the town limits, except for exhibition purposes, and then only during a public fair or exhibition.
