§ 96.54 TIME FRAME FOR COMPLIANCE; EXTENSIONS.

   (A)   Except as provided in division (C) below, businesses not in compliance with the requirements of this chapter shall have 90 days from the date of the adoption of this chapter to come into compliance.

   (B)   Businesses legitimately requiring additional time may make application to the Town Manager for extensions of 30 days, to a maximum of 90 days. Should the Town Manager deny any request for extension, the business owner shall have 10 business days from the date of denial to come into compliance.

   (C)   Signs which violate § 96.56(A)(2) or § 96.57(A) or (D), must meet the zoning requirements found in § 154.006(B)(3).
