Fire Department
   EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance 538, passed as an emergency measure June 30, 1981, which was codified as Sections 135.01 to 135.07(a) and 135.08, was repealed as of the sixty-first day following the date on which it was enacted pursuant to Section 2.14 of the Charter.

135.01 FIRES OUTSIDE CITY.
   The Fire Department shall answer no fire calls received in connection with fires outside the City unless there is a properly executed contract between the City and the owner of the property which is threatened by fire.

135.02 FIREMEN'S PENSION AND RELIEF FUND.
   The Firemen's Pension and Relief Fund is hereby established and such Fund, together with the administration and maintenance thereof and payments therefrom, shall be as provided by State law.
