§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 93.02 through 93.10, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $500.

   (C)   Any person violating §§ 93.55, 93.57 or 93.58 shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100.
