(A) No one shall be allowed in the hangars except persons renting space in the hangars or authorized personnel.
(B) No one shall be allowed in the area west of the fence separating automobile parking and aircraft parking or on the runways or taxiways, except authorized personnel, pilots, passengers of incoming and outgoing airplanes, and persons maintaining or storing airplanes.
