§ 93.08 AIRPLANES PARKED ON FIELD.
   (A)   Anyone parking an airplane on the airport field shall do so in an area provided for that purpose.
   (B)   The airplane shall be tied down in a manner so that it shall be safe from damages, theft and harm to anyone or anything within the airport.
