6-3-8: PENALTY:
Any person who violates section 6-3-2 or 6-3-5 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such.
