6-3-5: PARKING RESTRICTIONS:
   A.   Seasonal Restrictions:
      1.   No person shall stand, stop or park a motor vehicle, trailer or other vehicle on any streets or within existing public easements for such streets, or on any designated street within the city between the hours of three o'clock (3:00) A.M. to six thirty o'clock (6:30) A.M., between November 1 and April 30 of any year; provided, however, that persons without sufficient space to park such motor vehicles, trailers or other vehicles on their property may park as far as possible to the edge of the street, but must relocate such motor vehicle, trailer or other vehicle every twenty four (24) hours to accommodate snow removal of city streets.
      2.   Any person who fails to relocate such motor vehicle, trailer or other vehicle as required in this section will be given one written warning to remove said motor vehicle, trailer or other vehicle within twelve (12) hours of such warning, after which said motor vehicle, trailer or other vehicle may be towed as provided in section 6-3-7 of this chapter.
   B.   Designated Streets: Soldier Road between Garnet Street and Ponderosa Street is subject to the parking restrictions set forth in subsection A of this section.
   C.   Enforcement Of Other Restrictions: In the event any other ordinance, statute, law or proclamation provides for parking restrictions more restrictive than those set forth in this chapter, then such other parking restrictions shall be controlling and may be enforced in accordance with the terms of this chapter or in accordance with the terms of such other ordinance, statute, law or proclamation.
