717.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates the provisions of Section 717.02 shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) and imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.

(b) Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter for which no other penalty is specified shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day on which a violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense.
