717.02 MANNER OF TRANSPORTATION OR HAULING.

No garbage shall be hauled by a commercial garbage hauler in the City unless such garbage is contained in a metal can or container with a securely fastened lid or unless such garbage is placed in a commercial packer type truck in which the garbage is carried and contained within a leakproof solid bed permanently fastened to the frame and chassis of the truck. (Ord. 15-69. Passed 4-14-69.)
