737.06 DECLARATION OF ESTABLISHMENT AS NONSMOKING.

   Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, the proprietor of a business or outdoor patio which does not otherwise qualify as a place of public assembly under this chapter may declare such location as a nonsmoking place. Smoking shall be prohibited in any place in which a sign conforming to the requirements of Section 737.07 is posted. The prohibitions of Section 737.03 shall apply in such premises. (Ord. 73-05.
