§ 16.20.010 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this chapter is to prescribe the requirements for, and waiver of, parcel maps.

§ 16.20.020 PARCEL MAP REQUIRED.
   The filing of a parcel map, in conformance with an approved or conditionally approved tentative map obtained pursuant to Chapter 16.08, shall be a condition of approval of any minor subdivision, except as provided in § 16.20.090.

§ 16.20.030 PREPARATION.
   The parcel map shall be prepared by, or under the direction of, a registered civil engineer, duly licensed to practice land surveying, or a licensed land surveyor; shall show the location of streets and property lines bounding the property; and shall conform to the provisions set forth in the Cal. Gov’t Code § 66445.

§ 16.20.040 DEDICATIONS OR OFFERS.
   Dedications or offers of dedication shall conform to the provisions of the Cal. Gov’t Code § 66447.

§ 16.20.050 FIELD SURVEY.
   Parcel maps shall be based upon field surveys in accordance with the Cal. Gov’t Code § 66448.

§ 16.20.060 NECESSARY STATEMENTS.
   An engineer’s or surveyor’s statement shall appear on a parcel map in accordance with the Cal. Gov’t Code § 66449(a). A Recorder’s certificate or statement and a Town Engineer’s statement shall appear on a parcel map in accordance with Cal. Gov’t Code §§ 66449(b) and 66450.

§ 16.20.070 PRELIMINARY SUBMITTAL.
   The subdivider shall submit prints of the parcel map to the Town Engineer for checking. Where applicable, the preliminary prints shall be accompanied by copies of the data, plans, reports and documents as required for final maps by § 16.05.050.
