§ 2.44.010 RIGHT OF APPEAL.
   Any order, requirement, permit, decision or determination by any administrative official, advisory body or commission, in the administration of this code or any ordinance of the town, may be appealed to the Town Council.

§ 2.44.020 PROCEDURE.
   Where the appellate procedure is not otherwise specified, the appeal shall be made by filing a verified application with the Town Clerk and paying any prescribed fee within ten calendar days of the action being appealed.
