   351.03 MOVING IN CROSSWALK; STEPPING INTO STREET.
   (a)    Pedestrians shall move whenever practicable, upon the right half of crosswalks.
   (b)    Pedestrians shall not step into or upon a street without looking in both directions to see what is approaching.
