§ 32.011 DUTIES OF CITY MANAGER.
   Pursuant to the provisions of City Charter, § 602, the City Manager is empowered and authorized to perform the duties imposed by law upon the City Treasurer and is further authorized and empowered to deputize the Finance Director and any other officers and employees of the city to act for them in matters required to be performed by the City Treasurer to the extent permitted by law. Any reference to a specific employee in this code may be interpreted to mean the City Manager or their designee.
