12-296: STORAGE AND PARKING OF TRAILERS AND COMMERCIAL VEHICLES: 
Commercial vehicles and trailers of all types, including travel, camping and hauling and mobile homes shall not be parked or stored on any lot occupied by a dwelling or on any lot in any residential district except in accordance with the following provisions:
   A.   Not more than one commercial vehicle, which does not exceed one and one-half (11/2) tons rated capacity, per family living on the premises, shall be permitted and in no case shall a commercial vehicle used for hauling explosives, gasoline, or liquefied petroleum products be permitted;
   B.   Not more than two (2) camping or travel trailer(s) or hauling trailer(s) per residence shall be permitted. All of the trailer(s) must be parked on a surface pursuant to section 12-256.3 of this code. All of the trailer(s) must be entirely in the back yard and/or side yard without extending beyond the front yard building setback line, unless the trailer(s) is less than twenty-four (24) feet in total length. A camping or travel trailer shall not be occupied either temporarily or permanently while it is parked or stored in any area within the incorporated limits except in a mobile home park authorized under the ordinances of the City; and
   C.   A mobile home shall be parked or stored only in a mobile home park which is in conformity with the ordinances of the City. (Ord. 20-03-02, 3-2-2020; amd. Ord. 20-10-02, 10-5-2020; Ord. 21-04-01, 4-5-2021)
