4-110: DISPOSAL OF MANURE:

Manure shall be hauled outside the City in a manner which does not jeopardize the public health, or else shall be spread evenly upon the ground and turned under at once or as soon as the weather permits. (Ord. 12-11-2, 11-5-2012)
