4-109: STABLES TO BE KEPT CLEAN:

Every structure or place wherein an animal is kept or permitted to be shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, devoid of rodents and vermin and free from objectionable odors. (Ord. 12-11-2, 11-5-2012)
