4-106: ANIMALS WHICH DISTURB PROHIBITED:

It is unlawful for any person to keep or harbor within the City any dog or other animal which, by barking, howling or otherwise, disturbs the peace and quiet of any person. (Ord. 12-11-2, 11-5-2012)
