A. Conduct Of Passenger: It is the duty of the driver of any taxicab to accept as a passenger any person who seeks to so use the taxicab, based on the driver's discretion. However, the driver need not accept a person who is intoxicated or who conducts himself in a disorderly manner.
B. Accepting Additional Passenger: No person shall be admitted to a taxicab occupied by a passenger without the consent of the passenger.
C. Taking Most Direct Route: The driver shall take his passenger to the passenger's destination by the most direct route from the place where the passenger enters the taxicab. (Ord. 12-11-3, 11-5-2012)
