14-106: UNLAWFUL TO PLAY ON SIDEWALKS AND IN STREETS:

It is unlawful for any person to play on the sidewalks, alleys, or upon the main traveled portion of the streets and alleys of the City, except as may be authorized by ordinance. (Prior Code § 19-3)
