14-103:   UNLAWFUL TO OBSTRUCT SIDEWALKS, STREETS WITH MERCHANDISE:
It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to place upon or permit to be placed upon the sidewalks, parkways, streets and alleys of the City any goods, wares, articles of merchandise or any other obstruction, and leave same thereon; or to use the same as a place to carry on a business or trade, with the exception of sidewalks: merchandise for sale may be displayed on sidewalks during Monday through Thursday; and during the holidays: Heritage Days, Art Walk Festival Days, and Fourth of July holidays; provided that a width of four feet (4.0') must be cleared for passage of citizens, and no such display shall violate any provision of the Americans With Disabilities Act.
