A. No person shall drink or consume in any manner any alcoholic beverage on the premises of a retail alcoholic beverage store, nor in any other public place. Neither shall a person open or break the seal of any original package; or retail container containing alcoholic beverages on the premises of any such retail beverage store.
B. It is unlawful and an offense for any person, in any public street, sidewalk, driveway, parking lot, or any public building or facility other than where "on premises" consumption is approved, to drink or otherwise consume any beer, liquor, or other intoxicating beverage, or to be drunk or intoxicated from any cause or disturb the peace of any person.
