3-110: FUNCTION OF CITY CLERK:

The City Clerk shall make and transmit to the Alcoholic Beverage Law Enforcement Commission an annual report showing the number and class of State licensee's upon which occupation taxes were levied pursuant to the provisions of this chapter and the amount of money collected from such taxes. (Ord. No. 85-10-1, 10/7/85)
