3-107:   INVESTIGATION OF APPLICANT:
   A.   Upon each application for a certificate of zoning or a certificate of Fire, Safety and Health Code compliance:
      1.   The Director of Public Works shall have an investigation made to determine that the applicant's place of business complies with all zoning ordinances of the City;
      2.   The building official shall have an inspection made of the building and premises of the applicant to determine that the applicant's place of business complies with all safety and health ordinances of the City;
      3.   The Fire Marshal shall have an inspection made of the building and premises of the applicant to determine that the applicant's place of business complies with all fire safety ordinances of the City;
      4.   The City Attorney shall review the application and other documents and determine if such documents reflect that the requirements of this chapter have been met. He shall have the authority to request such documents as he deems necessary to determine compliance; and
      5.   The City Marshal shall have an investigation made of the criminal record of the officers of the State licensee. (Ord. 85-10-1, 10-7-1985)
