It shall be a violation for any person, persons, companies, organizations, entities, etc., to host, organize, sponsor, hold, etc., a fishing tournament utilizing any properties under the purview, control, oversight of the City of Eufaula as provided in the Master Concessionaire Agreement without first obtaining a permit from the City of Eufaula.
