The city jointly with other cities and counties concerned hereby creates and accepts membership in the library district to include the heretofore six (6) counties named, but may also include additional counties upon their application to the Oklahoma Department of Libraries Board. Such additional counties may include any one or more of the following counties: Mayes, Okmulgee, Rogers or Wagoner Counties. (Ord. No. 83-6-1, 6/6/83)
