10-101: TERMS; MEANINGS:

The terms defined in this chapter shall, for the purposes of this part, have the meanings respectively ascribed to them except when a different sense plainly appears.

Terms which are not defined in this chapter shall have their ordinarily accepted meanings or such as the context may imply. (Ord. 01-03-01, 3-5-2001)
