2-302: DUTIES OF THE CITY CLERK-TREASURER:

The City Clerk-Treasurer shall have such powers, duties and functions as may be prescribed by law or ordinance. (Ord. 93-12-1, 12-6-1993; amd. Ord. 15-9-1, 9-8-2015)
