8-114: PENALTY:

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter, whether the same has been declared a nuisance or not, shall be guilty of an offense, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined as provided in section 1-108 of this Code. (Ord. 14-8-2, 8-4-2014)
