If payment is not made within ten (10) days from the date of the mailing of the statement, a one hundred dollar ($100.00) clean-up fine will be charged, in addition to costs. The cost and the interest thereon shall be a lien against the property from the date the cost is certified and the lien shall continue until the cost shall be fully paid. (Ord. 14-8-2, 8-4-2014)
