7-520: PURPOSE OF REVENUES:

It is hereby declared to be the purpose of this chapter to provide revenue for the support of the functions of the municipal government of the municipality, and any and all revenue derived hereunder may be expended by the governing body of the municipality for any purpose for which funds may be lawfully expended as authorized. (Ord. 92-5-1, 5-4-1992, eff. 5-4-1992)
