7-403: PAYMENT OF TAX:

The tax levied under this chapter on gross receipts from sales of gas shall be levied for a term of not less than one year and shall be payable monthly and placed in the general revenue fund of the city. The tax levied on gross receipts of sales of power, light or electricity shall be payable on a quarterly basis. (Ord. No. 88-7-1, 6/29/88)
