A. It is the policy of the city to comply with the noise emission standards in its own operations and the operations of its contractors and subcontractors shall be notified of and required to comply with the provisions of the city's noise ordinance.
B. It is the policy of the city to purchase only equipment which complies to the standards established for the same by the city noise ordinance. (Ord. 91-7-1, 7-8-1991; amd. Ord. 91-7-3, 7-8-1991)
