A. If judgment of conviction is entered, the Clerk of the Court shall tax the cost to the defendant, all of which the defendant shall pay unless suspended by the court. The total amount of the fine shall include the following:
1. Maximum fine | $500.00 |
2. Court costs | 30.00 |
3. State imposed fees | Set by State Statute |
4. Administrative fee for deferred sentences | $25.00 |

B. If a defendant who elected to pay a fine under this section fails to do so, prosecution shall proceed under the provisions of this Code. (Ord. 09-3-2, 3-2-2009)
