6-103: JURISDICTION OF COURT:

The court shall exercise original jurisdiction to hear and determine all prosecutions wherein a violation of any ordinance of this City is charged, including any such prosecutions transferred to the court in accordance with applicable law. (Ord. 82-7-1, 7-6-1982)
