A. No connection for utilities shall be made to any installation of any kind whatsoever until the piping and connections are approved and inspected as provided in this chapter.
B. When for good and sufficient reasons it shall appear necessary, the plumbing inspector at his discretion, and upon payment by the applicant of the appropriate fee, may issue permits for connection to unfinished or defective plumbing for a period of time, not to exceed thirty (30) days. Upon written notice from the plumbing inspector, such temporary gas service shall be disconnected as designated by the notice, and shall not be reconnected except upon written notice from the plumbing inspector.
