373.20 DESTRUCTION OR MUTILATION OF FRAME NUMBERS, TAGS, SEALS OR CARDS.

No person shall willfully or maliciously remove, destroy, mutilate or alter the frame number of any motorized bicycle licensed hereunder, or any license plate, seal or registration card issued hereunder.
