728.04 ZONING COMPLIANCE.

Medical marijuana dispensaries as set forth in this chapter shall be permitted in U4, U5, and U6 zoning districts as a conditional use pursuant to Sections 1359.04, 1359.05(a) through (f)(4) and 1359.06 of the Euclid Codified Ordinances, and shall not be permitted in any other zone within the City.
